Help in putting Flash in FrontPage

I am new to the flash file in Xara. I find it very exciting and easy making these file (beginner speaking). Where I run into trouble is putting them on my web through FrontPage (or secondary at the moment, into PowerPoint. I have used the html file in Xara for transferring files. Yes and I did change the file name. A demo Html could be helpful I would appreciate any assistance. I am a willing learner. Thanks.

Here's a short tutorial for FrontPage for inserting Flash, just text as I was kind of rushed in making this.

I made the presentation slides in Open Office (it has a program called Presentation and can save in Flash) - good for online tutorials or tutorials using html. It's free and can save in powerpoint format if need be.

Anyway, after starting a blank document in FrontPage, just follow the slide presentation at the URL link. Let me know if you have any questions.
