Jay,
Make you sure you are checking the email account you have defined in your Xara account.
If nothing else - login to your Xara account - and look at the product(s) you have purchased - the activation code will be listed there also.

they don't send an email with the codes. Atleast they didn't for me about a month ago. You have to sign in to your account and get them

Finally got it. A slight brain burn to find, but it was there after 3 or 5 hoops. Everything is working, and I'm as happy as a non-lotto winner can be
