Most blog engines allow you to edit your posts in 'html mode'. Switch to this mode and use the standard <embed> code that you'd use to embed the flash movie in a web page. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your help, really appreciate it, but will the file need to be hosted as where like photobucket or some hosting sites before providing the link? I read on some articles that swf files need to be hosted else where and link be put in the html to attach? and can u show me the <embed> code ? How is it written? Thank you
