    Default Falls

A RAW file I was working with in Lightroom. Mostly trying to find my way around. I increased my system RAM to 1.5 GB, and all seems to be working well. My system wouldn't take 2GB. I am planning to set my camera to save in RAW again. Still too busy with other tasks.

A spore or whatever it is from the forest.

    A Fresia from the garden.

    Corrected and cropped in LR.

did you take the shot of the falls or did you use photoshop to create the slow shutter speeds?

    Crypto,

This was a shot behind my house. Canon 20D with a 17-85mm lens. Natural light. You can look at the metadata for the exposure. This was auto exposure on a tripod. I used a remote switch so I didn't introduce any vibration. This was in RAW format, and I was trying this in LR only. Just a few minor corrections. No Photoshop.

Blended with a blurred image using a bitmap transparency, and then a saturation brush to color the rocks in XXP.

Sorry, I meant to ask..Did ou take the shot of the falls with slow shutter speeds or did you use photoshop to get the effect. I don't know what I was thinking above. lol You answered my question tho.

not sure what you're trying to get, but I like the first post. I tried the exif, opanda said none existed.

Good to see another Canon fan.

The metadata is there. Must be sensitive to what you use to read it. I think it was F5.6 and 1 second.

I was just trying things to see how they look. I wanted to try some localized enhancement too.

The second falls shot before making changes.

Blending a more saturated image in front and maintaining the original color in the background. I used the grayscale image as a mask in XXP.
