Selecting objects?

Is it possible to select objects by clicking on the line only, not on the inside?

You probably have the 'treat as filled' button depressed, this is located on the context sensitive toolbar with nothing selected, it should be the second button in from the right, though it might vary between Draw versions

Unchecking this button will allow you to select 'unfilled' objects by outline only.
