Help witih Super Blade Pro PLEASE !!!!

I am not sure this is the correct forum on which to post this. i'm a newbie here and haven't learned my way around yet. I use Paint Shop Pro version 7 because I have tried all versions up to 10 and hated them all but 7...anyway I use Super Blade Pro alot. Lateely9the past couple of days) SBP won't apply the effects. In preview it shows up perfectly but on the graphic itself it just isn't there. I've tried everything...ExampleL: I want to apply the *M_coconutice* preset to my text to make it look like glass. I select that preset fom the environments folder and click "ok"....nothing happens =( If this made any sense could someone please tell me what to do to make it work again? I really am getting frustrated. It worked fine until Sunday night.

Are you able to make effects without using presets?

A preset may not work if the associated environment and texture images are missing.

Can you run the plugin from another application?

I had a problem once when moving the environments to a different folder.

I've had this happen with SuperBlade Pro on numerous occasions, in Paint Shop Pro 7 - 9. I don't know why it happens. But un-installing the plugin, re-downloading it and unlocking it again fixes it usually.

NB. This (the image not being transformed although the preview shows the transformation) also happens when the image is too large. Quitting the programme, and re-sizing the picture before applying the affect is the answer to that one.

Im having the exactly same problem!
I have not moved anything, deleted any files.. everything should be OK.
It worked yesterday like a charm.

I cleared cache, even reinstalled SBP, no luck.
The same happened to me some months ago, and if i remember right, nothing else helped but formatting my C drive and installing everything, everything again.

I wonder if there is any other plugin that makes as great gold, silver and glass effect as SBP does?

Posting (and mailing) copyrighted software isn't allowed.

Are you talking about a Patch (update, error fix)?
There must be a way to download a patch from the software company webpage. How did you get the Patch?
