    A nice convertible.

Question: into what, exactly, does it convert, please?
"Intbel" ... "Can't" is not an option.

Compliance is futile. Resistance is futile. Just do your own thing an' ignore 'em.

It converts carbon rich petrochemicals into carbon-dioxide or should that be carbon monoxide - too many years since college for this aincient brain to remember

p.s. My spelling is getting poor too - I called it a convertable instead of a convertible

It is carbon dioxide, and the way that word pops up every 2 seconds
in all TV programs, they are doing their utmost to remind you of it.
Carbon monoxide is what you get when something doesn`t burn good
enough, so a lack of oxygen at combustion in the engine might make
a ceratin amount of carbon monoxide, and this is an odorless gass
and it binds to your homoglobine (red bloodcells) more easily even then
oxygen (which is preferable) so it stops the transportation of oxygen through your body, so you start to feel drouzy, fall asleep, and when help doesn`t come soon, it is deadly.

    So enough lessons for today.
be aware, not to become a ware.
