A Plug-in to create a tiling image?

I owe you so much that I can never repay you for the help and advice given me over the years, I would like to take a crack at creating one, as I have a few programs that I play with. If you e-mail me or post an image of the idea you have in mind I would love the opportunity to help.

There is a Tile Maker plugin in Image Ready. I was reading that it would work in PS, and copied the plugin to the PS only folder. Rich
