Welcome to the forum. Nice car, but I can see a couple of immediate issues.
. The ground shadow appears to be in front of the vehicle, try sending it to the back.
. In the areas between the body and the tyres, the white background is showing. This makes the car body appear flat. Try filling these areas with a dark shape behind the wheels to suggest that there is more behind, but it is in deep shadow.
. The tyres appear transparent, or you have some semi-transparent shapes overlapping them.
Otherwise, it's a great first attempt.
