Thread: Best (so far)

    Default Best (so far)

Just bought Xara Extreme three weeks ago and these are the best three images I've created so far. Hope you like them. I tend to lean toward the technical drawings and stay away from the more artistic creations that you masters turn out. Guess it stems from 30 years in aerospace and 10 years as a programmer. Anyway, any feed back would be constructive. (originally put this up on the general graphics fgallary orum before I realized their was a Xara gallary forum)

    Hi Chuck,

I hope you don't mind but I've reduced the size of your locomotive image. Try to keep the width of posted images to a maximum of 780 pixels. This ensures that members who use 800 x 600 pixel resolution monitors don't need to horizontally scroll to read your post.

    Chuck,
Very, very nice renderings. I did a drawing of a walther ppk a couple of years ago. Someone requested it be added to a drawing I did of a Aston Martin DB5.

    Very nice Chuck,

I haven't tried making 3D images yet, you did a great job.
    They look difficult to make.

    No problem Egg. Thanks.
Thanks Availor, Ron & Jen too.

Jen, these pics are just tedious as they contain a log of piece parts. I'm sure with practice I can get similar results with a lot less pieces but for now I'm still learning.

Here's a simple animated gif I just did for a guy that owns a kayak shop.
