Lightbulb % VS em in CSS line-heigth

When I build up my layout that includes much text, it looks very mich differently in different browsers, and it just drives me crazy!

I specify the same parameters bu get different result, which often clips a part of my image or text. Same goes with margin, padding commands.

It seems that 10px in Explorer are 20px or so in firefox, cause the content to move undesiredly.

Anyone knows how to baypass this annoyance?

    Thanks in advanced!

    Hi Availor,

you'll find the reason for this at the following site about Quirks mode and strict mode of Browsers. Look at the explanations at the end of the page ("font sizes of table cells").

    Regards,
    Remi
