That's so weird, I didn't even notice that she has no eyebrows

The cheeks do look better. I was squinting at the image before and on the old one, the cheeks seemed to appear too dark - but now, it looks better.

For eyebrows, sometimes I just use one line with the "Iron" profile. Like in my "Rocker" drawing, the eyebrows are just that. I think eyebrows would improve the look. You could even feather the line for a softer look.

The shadowing on the face and especially the jawline looks like the underlying bone structure is masculine rather than feminine. A feminine jawline has a shorter shadow on the side of the face indicating a more fragile bone beneath it. The same can be said for the brow ridge, although of course, there are exceptions to the rule on bone structure of course. The absence of eyebrows, and the heavy eye makeup makes the woman look a bit stern, adding to the pronounced ridges under the nose. Draw what you know. Like authors who right about what they know, do better.

The hair is rather good. And the skin color is good. Take a look at some faces in magazines, etc., and see what makes a pleasing female face to you. Symmetry: it is more intersting when the pose is less than dead on.

Keep on posting. It will improve.
Every day's a new day, "draw" on what you've learned.

Actually, the face reminds me of Terence Stamp in "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert."

Here are some more adjustments per Sally's suggestions. However, I'm not searching for the ideal woman or ideal beauty here. My intent was to create something out of nothing that could resemble an actual person on the street, not a model.
Personally, no matter what an individual looks like, I always see in every face features I like and those are the features I identify that person's appearance with.
Additionally, apprearances, as you all know, are only skin deep. The true beauty of an individual is who they are, not what they appear to be.

Ron the colours look good now.

Judging from the part in the hair, the crown of the head is too low. The distance from the center of the eye to the crown of the head is the same as the distance from the center of the eye to the chin. That is unless there has been a severe accident or other abnormality.

Just because you have a high brow doesn't mean everyone should have one Bill. Evil grin

How's this Bill? Adjusted some highlights in the face again.

Looks much better. Her hair may need to be lowered though

You have a very good 'generic' face, she looks like many people I know and have known.

I do agree with Sally the facial structure appears to be more masculine than feminine.
