Rocker "Face" - xara file included

I am by no means an expert on drawing faces. The line work on this drawing is fairly simple and it's the simple shading and highlights that make it stand out.

Some lines, like the one outlineing the face was shaped using the control points and a mouse. Other lines, like the hair was drawn freehand with a pen on a tablet.

I am providing the Xara file of this face for you to download and see what was done in creating it.

All I ask is that you not to use the graphic for any other purpose, other than to pick apart and perhaps find a useful technique that you can apply to your own drawings.

Now, if only I could recreate the thinking and knowledge that went into what blobs of color to put where in the clipviewed backgrounds... I would still have about one hundred other items to master before I reached your level, though.
