Will, it was just a wee joke at the expense of Rolf Harris he is an expat australian comedian/singer/artist
who really is a very good artist. Queen Elizabeth posed for him to let him do a portrait, opinions are varied on how good or bad it is, or as the man with the wooden leg said it's a matter of opinyin.

I bet he drove her nuts, if he stopped every so often to have a quick shake of his wobble board, like he usually does.

Thanks for the info...The Rolf Harris portrait is certainly different from any other image I've seen of the Queen.
