How to make a stock site with a difference?

There are so many image stock sites these days but there seems to be something missing. I am working to try do my bit in finding that but maybe you can help me.

I would appreciate any suggestions on content and layout. Just basically whatever you are looking for in a site and the types of pictures you are after for graphics.

Any help would be appreciated.
