And if they are more than just lures then what are they? Do your lures do other things as well? I doubt it. What I'm suggesting is you really think about the meaning of your slogans -- don't just pick one on the basis that it sounds to you.

Hahaha I noticed that too, so I did one with "They are" just to be on the save side.
That is why I started with, "it`s not the legend, it`s the lures".
Just to see if he would like that.

But you might be lured into buying the lures, but they are more than
just a lure. Maybe something like that?
I was lured into making the logo, so he caught a big fish.
(and I mean a really big fish, I think his tackle and rod would have been broken by now )

Well it looks that this project is closed, didn`t hear anymore from
    the person with the request.
I think that future aussie youngsters requests will
    end up in the dustbin.
    --------------------------------------------------------------
(Update,) I went to the site and I think I have to wait
until they come up with a better slogan for the logo 'he' made.
Hahahaha. (actually, that slogan shown was mine too)

Well, ankhor, I don't find that so funny, its called "stealing" as taking someone else's work.

Well, there were two criteria set for using the work.
    1. Give some money or work to a charity of his choice.
    2. and give me some credit for the work I did, on the site.
    (Just for my vanity )

He clearly broke the second one, but He can answer the last poster
by stating that it wasn`t his work, I still going from the assumption
that he stated his text wrong and that he will correct it.

But now I have to wonder, did he catch the fish or did somebody else
catch the fish and did he only hold the fish up for the picture.

I also send the site owner two pictures yesterday (see below), and he will wonder
how the same style comes from two different persons

Ankhor, eventhough he's just a kid that's still not right, and signing in the forum clicking "yes" makes him a valid talkgrpahics member, if he breaks the rules he needs to be taken care of. I think it's cheeky no matter the age. I've brought this to the attention of the rest of the moderators/admins. This subject of "do me this for free" has already been brought up several times, maybe it's time find a better solution to it.

Yep, maybe it should, and I am not asking much, giving credit shouldn`t cost
him anything, and I didn`t specify any amount of money to be given
to charity of his own choice. I think I`ll just post the link to this thread
    in that forum.

As soon as you credit me in the tacklebox site.

Ah I see you did, okay I`ll do it as soon as I have some time.
    you will find it here.

And yes, artists are mad, that is the price we have to pay.
and I am a beginning one, so imagine how I will be in a couple of years.

But you have to know that a lot of work does get "stolen" without even
giving credit to the artist (and pay for the proffesionals.)
For me it was the vanity, yes that is a sin, and charity is a big thing for me.
A lot of needy people and animals and plants out there, so if I get a chance
to aid them in whatever form, I will do it. Or trade for it, like in this case.

I hope you like the revision, and I hope your endeavour will pay of, and I wish
you the best for your starting company, I know you love fishing so I am sure
you will make the best lures there are.

EDIT-Could you please try and make the eye show a little bit more? It needs to look mean! LOL
