Need Help: avi recordings

On the 3D6 i save my job in AVI format but I only have the movement for about 5 seconds, is it possible to have that longer

Well I have pinnacle studio version 9 and there I just copy the small part
and place it behind the one before, and do it a couple of times, and I can
add some extra things in it too. I don`t know of any way to make
the avi longer in 3d6 itself.(There could be? But I don`t know of it)
