Stargate Spinning Help, Please Look at Fla

I need someone to look at my fla to see whats happening. I got it to spin but not straight. Just look at layers 9,8,5. Layer 9 has the action script. Layer 8 has the circle that spins with help from layer 9. Layer 5 is the other circles. I just wanna know what i'm doing wrong? Thanks. Greg

Again it's nothing to do with your code. The circles just not a circle.
