Need Help

I'm sorry if there's a request forum. I searched around for one and couldn't see a noticable one. My greatest apologies if this is in the wrong board.

I suck at graphics. And, I'm designing an IF skin. This is difficult without graphics, the only person currently helping me is rather rotund. Thus, I am looking for another person to help me. Only need one.

You should have a basic knowledge of how to create things like repeating graphics or whatever the correct term for them is.

Im really not sure what U are looking for, are you looking for someone to help you "Skin" 3D modles?

Look at an IF skin or something. I'm asking if you can design stuff like this to my personal preference. I'm not requesting it all here, I'd prefer getting IM involved. Not 3D atall... maybe modles is a word that I'm looking for but I'm a programmer and not an artist.
