New Fonts

Wondering if someone can help with fonts.
I downloaded some fonts from the internet .ttf
Added them to xara\xara3D6\Fonts file.
But when I open up 3D6 the do not appear in my list.
Am I doing something wrong?

better to put them in windows fonts that way you can use them in any program

Thanks for the help.
The only way I could do it was
to transfer to a floppy.
Then go to:
settings
control panel
Fonts
File
Install new fonts
Then copy from the floppy.
