Um, you mean the Street Fighter game? That's where the link took me, anyway. It's most likely they just got the pics and reprogrammed it in Flash. It's redone from the ground up, essentially. Of course, there is a way to use the communications server to talk to an app in the background, then have the app run and stream the video output as an FLV, but I haven't seen that as what's occuring here. Plus, to do that sort of remote communication and streaming is *very* slow, so I wouldn't see that as a viable way to create a game.

Incidentally, my apologies for being away for so long. Glad to see you got the moderator gig! I'll be stepping down, as I've just been far too busy to do anything here for ages. Thanks for stepping up to the plate!

Looks just like a flash animation to me. They've just recreated the look.
