I love the XARA 3D program. My only upset is that I was charged twice for one product. XARA 3D money out of my account twice and has not refunded it. So as much as I like their products I will never buy another product again from them.

Even the most well-oiled machine will have a glitch at times.
"Intbel" ... "Can't" is not an option.

I do not work for Xara Group Ltd and I am not nominated with their staff, so everything I say is my personal opinion.
Mistakes happen. The true judgment should be whether they are kind and willing to give you the service you deserve. Try mailing them, or just ask Antony (the forum's adnimistrator - he is Xara Group Lrd worker) and I'm sure your problem will be settled to your satisfaction.
