I too found a dead link for that url. I think you need to add the actual name of the html file to the end of it...

eg. http://www.ipowerplant.com/newsite/myNewPage.html

I went instead to the base url - www.ipowerplant.com and i saw a Flash site... is that the one you wanted us to see?
