Dreamweaver Extension won't install

I just bought Menu Maker and hope to use it with Dreamweaver. The DW extension won't install. About a week ago I downloaded the trial version, and Menu Maker didn't show up on the Insert menu on DW. I found a troubleshooting suggestion on Xara's website (but can't find it now) that said to change the name of a folder and reinstall the extension, but that still didn't work. So, before I bought MM, i uninstalled the trail version and extension, thinking a new install would help make it work. I'm wondering if I need to change the name of the folder back to what it was. If anyone knows what I am talking about, I would really appreciate it.

Is there a way to contact Xara for help?

Yes, I have checked that Xara's support site. The message I get when trying to download the Dreamweaver extension is: "Unable to update Dreamweaver menus. This installation has failed and will terminate."
