Looking good. Separate the shapes with the line spacing control. Enable the cursor. Move it to where I have it in A. Shift/left arrow will select just that piece of text as seen in B. Then change the extrusion.

I really enjoy reading and practicing knowledge of graphics here from this forum.
Here is an example which I accidentally made a double-layer boarder on the logo. I found it amusing. It does not happen everyday after all.
