Default Help to finish off a graphic

I have gotten so far with this graphic but cannot get the outer lettering to rotate independently from the tree picture, are there any tutorials on this?

Any help would be gratefully received

Thanks for that, I'm either being extremely thick or I'm not doing something right, I paste the first image (the tree) hit enter and paste the second image (the writing) the writing replaces the tree. Any more ideas, I have attached the two file I am trying to combine.

I tried it with your files and it works. Try it again. [By the way, what is this .web extension on your files?]

Bob, .web is the file extension for Webster (a lite version of Xara X).

Mark, make the cursor visible before doing the paste. I usually will do that and/or hit the Enter key between the two paste operations.
