Can't insert menu onto web page

I am not experienced with java or html and am having a really hard time installing the menu that I created with menumaker on my web page. I submitted a ticket and the response was too technical for me to understand. Can I please get step by step instructions on how to do it.I've saved the menu in Xara(export folder) and thats as far as I get. When I open the export folder there are quite a few files and I don't know which one to copy to insert the code onto my page. Please help. Also do I have to copy all the individual graphics seperately or all at once.

As I've mentioned before: if you have no knowledge in HTML you must grasp at least the basics, since menumaker is a program compiling menues, not building HTML tags. You need a different software for that matter.
