Please Help with html!

Hope someone can help. I followed all the instructions for inserting the script for a menumaker nav bar and I am doing something wrong.When I preview it in my browser several things are wrong
* You can see the script on the screen
* The buttons don't work
and last but not least
* There is a scroll bar that is visible surrounding the resized script both vertically and horizontally

How can I fix these problem. Maybe I didn't save it correctly?
