Hello Juanita,
I think that message is due to you not having XML4 installed. Read the FAQ at http://support.xara.com/index.php?_m...articleid=2295 and follow the link to download the installer for XML4.

Frank, I do occationally have to do some work for the company that pays my salary
I can't spend every second of the work day on Talkgraphics.
No matter how much I would prefer doing so
