Default Xara Xtreme for new templates?

    Hi

I have been thinking about purchasing Menu Maker, but I was wondering if I can create new templates using Xara Xtreme? I really hope this is possible.

    Thanks

    Hey same here !
I want to create my own graphic buttons in Xara extreme then import
them into menu maker to apply the DHTML, and hopefully it works in all
    browswers like firefox
If I could do this I would definitely buy it. When your creating a specific
website with a specific look you want to use your own designed buttons.

From the lack of posts on this subject I am going to assume that Menu Maker and Xara Xtreme won't work together and its not a good idea for me to purchase it.

Thats kinda sad really having them work together would make them very powerful.

Creating templates in menu maker does not require any specific graphical package. You can certeinly use Xara to create a different graphic than the one supplied with menu maker. I was about to create another tutorial for that matter, so check on the topic again soon.

Designing a template means you simply replace the existing gif files with your own as long as you keep the original name of the files.

    Hi folks

This is a request that has been kicking around - in Webstyle but that covers a broader base - for a long time.

From Xara's point of view, I am sure that they could sell Xtreme on this functionality. At the same time, this is a difficult market - lots of novices buy MM and WS, but then struggle! This is less that the products are hard to use, more that integrating the results into a site built by web site building novices requires a bit of work.
