Painting a Hairmap with Painter 6

Hello,

I am working with Poser 4 and want to paint a hairmap for a model which looks more real.
I have scanned some hair and tried to make a texture map - it doesn' t look good. What do You think is the best way...
.... to make a brush with the scanned hair?
.... to paint the hair with a 'normal brush?
.... or a different way?

I would be glad if You could help.

Tom,
Hop to The Gallery at the bottom of this page, and check out Solo22's images. He seems to have a handle on making hair look realistic, although I think he's using Photoshop not Painter. Perhaps he would be one to ask?
