    Pipe Guy,

Try deleteing the circle with a square hole in my .x3d file and importing your .wmf.

    Is it round or oval?

Alright....I'm about ready to uninstall and reinstall this program!!!

I deleted the circle with the square in it (took note of the settings) then opened my WMF circle...STILL *BLEEPING* OVAL!!! Settings remained the same.
To get my "circle" round again, I have to reduce the "aspect ratio" to 83%.
I am certain that it must be a setting regarding WMF files.

Could someone post a WMF file of a circle, please?

Since this forum won't allow me to upload a WMF file, here is a link to one on my site. Can someone open it in their 3d6 and let me know the results, please?

Didn't find a .wmf, only a .jpg black circle.

No no no .... What I said was try deleteing the circle with a square hole in my .x3d file and importing your .wmf

I'll try to explain in more detail.
    1: Open Xara3D6
    2: Open the .3dx file I attached earlier (pipe_guy.3dx)
    3: Select all.
    4: Delete.
5: Now import or paste your wmf file that previously rendered as an oval into THIS file.
6: Is it still an oval or is it now a circle?

Sorry...my web uploader automatically changes unusual formats to JPG.

Is anyone willing to take the file by email???

That is what I did. I meant to say that I imported my WMF file. All the settings from your circle w/ square hole remained. Yet I have an oval once again.....

OK...new "shot in the dark" attempt
For ILLUSTRATOR, under the preferences, the settings are
    size/leading 2 pt
    tracking 20/1000em
    baseline shift 2 pt
    Greeking 6 pt

    What does all that mean???
