Outlined text: Color border/tansparent innards

I wasn't able to extract enough from help file to figure out how to create text with a color border but transparent body.

In adobe Illustrator speak that would be text with a stroke.

Select your text. Right click on the colour line to assign the outline colour you want on the text. Left click the 'no colour' box to the right of the colour line, to remove colour from the text itself.
