Why Xara Xtreme is not listed is beyond me! It is BY FAR the BEST 2D graphics prg there is!!! [...and no, I don't work for them!]

Xara Xtreme is the best 2d graphics program I use.
I have the other programs you mentions but haven't used any of them much over the last couple of years.

Xara's my pick for all around tool, with CorelDRAW which incorporates PhotoPaint a second pick.
Every day's a new day, "draw" on what you've learned.
