I'm not a huge third party plug-ins fan, but that one is giving a great result, especially in the boy's face. Care to share the name of the plug-in Mike?

Blue -- I'm not sure what Mike used but I'd highly recommend 'Sketcher' by LittleInkPot if you are a Windows user and you like sketchy effects. It is well worth the money.

I reckon Ross yours is the best of all you got rid of the noise..
