Xara Printing

I have to say that sometime between rev 1692 and 1742 the ability to print from XaraLX has disappeared. I cannot get the program to print using CUPS or any other print configuration.

I'm using Debian 3.1r2 and Gnome 2.8.1

The debug report created by XaraLX has been added to the BZ 1609 report.

i cannot print with either version: 1742, 1745 or 1692

well, I tried to compile xara from the source. It was ok, but I do not have 'Printer Setup' option at all (it's inactive, grey) and if I try to print to my printer it crashes with the following output from the panel:

(XaraLX:7423): GnomePrint-WARNING **: Could not create filter from description 'frgba': filter 'frgba' is unknown
Aborted

Any help with printing will be really appreciated.

Do you have a place in your OS to select a default printer? Have you done that?
