There is a program that is downloadable for free and very inexpensive called SWISH. There is literally nothing you can't do in Flash text with that little dealie.

I stopped using flash and similar when clients asked it NOT to be included and web surfers whined about upload time. Ten second rule it is! But I used to love doing little flash bits in headers.
