Hi Sally,
it depends on your settings in this Forum, whether you are able to see these icons or not:
- Click on "User CP" in this forum.
- Choose "Edit Options" in the Control Panel on the left site.
- Scroll down to the last section "Miscellaneous Options".
- Choose "Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls" and save your settings.
