The Limits of the Media
It is easier to tell you what I can't do. So far as I learn, I am finding out, that it is my lack of knowledge on the subject that holds me back.
Imagine if I really knew what I was doing!
Again, started in DRAW to see different effects that I hadn't used on the hat of the jester and on the ruff around his neck. There is some mesh on his face and nose and my shadow painting. The sparkles and the lens flare were added in PhotoPaint as well as some refinement on the nose, eyes and forehead to make the shadows more pronounced.
The DRAW file is on the right.
