Is the "Butt Shapes Up with Gap" tool , mentioned in Tutorial No.4, in CorelDRAW X3?

    Thanks

No, this is a third party VBA macro, I am pretty sure it was written by Nick Wilkinson (author of Isocalc).

I don't recall exactly where to get it, it was available as download from the publisher of the Official CorelDRAW guide as part of the VBA programming chapter. However I can't locate the link on the Osborne (publisher's) site.

I have an align outside tool on my home page (it butts shapes but not with user definable gaps). Link is in the signature at the end of the message.

If you got the CorelDRAW 12 BIG BOOK, by Steve Bain, it gives you the website to download the scripts that come with the book.

I've collected lots of scripts, after a while, it's hard to remember where they all come from. When I hover over the script it tells me it is from the 12 big book.

Here is the link that the Big Book gives, you don't have to have bought the book to access them. The script in question is the "ButtShapesUpModule/ButtShapesUpWithGap (How do you like that for a name!!!) The scripts that come with the link are all safe, all of them work in 12 and there may be one or 2 that don't fully function in X3. Enjoy:
