Creating a brand new menu

I have a menu created, but when I try to start a new one, it always brings up the details of the old one main as weel as submenus, links, etc.

How do I sttart one from scratch?

Perhaps this is helpful:
If you changes JavaScript-files or CSS-files, sometimes your browser doesn't recognize the changes and uses the old files from the Browser cache. To ensure, that you are using the actual files, press "CTRL+F5" in your browser.

"CTRL+F5" reloads the whole page from the server and ignores the Browser cache.
