Re: Tutorials by Sally
One of the best books on DRAW is the CorelDRAW WOW! Book written a number of years ago. But since the core engine of DRAW hasn't changed greatly, nearly everything taught in the book is still applicable. Because it is an older book, you can get it on Amazon for a lot less.
The other book, depending upon the version you are using, to get is the big book called "CorelDRAW 12 the Official Guide" by Steve Bain. It covers most things. It is not written in tutorial form as the first book but it is a great reference.
And then Google on tutorials for DRAW, I was off work almost a week with a bad back and did the tuts you see listed here, but there are many tuts on the web for DRAW, some of them are ones you buy. If you are interested in getting up to speed in a hurry, I highly suggest the ebooks by Foster Coburn, III. I have bought both on 12 and X3 and they are both excellent. Really if you are going to buy on, you only need the one on X3. Even if you don't have X3, you may in time and most of the information is going to stay pertinent. These tuts are found at unleash.com. There are also other tuts there to buy.
There are a series of free video tuts at ClicknLearn.com that are excellent. They require a download of a free player and I think it is best searched in Internet Explorer. For free, these are the best tuts on the web.
Every day's a new day, "draw" on what you've learned.
