I used Gif Animator to do the animating but I did the drawing in CorelDRAW. I used a series of screen captures and pasted them into PhotoPaint, then cropped them, saved as a .psd, opened in PI and exported to Gif Animator. I really like the controls for animation and the optimization setting. Even when I made my Avatar (made in Xara) I optimized the animation in Gif Animator.
