Default Using TIFF in PI 10

    Hi,

I'm using PI 10. Does anyone know if this supports files that are in TIFF format? I have a file that is a template. When it is open is should open it in several different layers. i.e. it has a bunch of different frames on it and each frame should be its own layer. However, when I open the file it is just one file, no layers. I asked the scrapbook forum that I've used and they are telling me that only Adobe programs will open files like this. I've yet to find anything that PI can't do that Photo Shop does so I'm trying to prove them wrong. Any ideas? TIA!!!

I don't think PI could handle layered TIFF files.
It can open regular TIFF files, CMYK ones, I'm not too sure.
It's really very far behind PS, specially for professional printing purposes...

Ah, that stinks! I hate when Photoshop can do something that PI can't. Thank you so much!

It's a gap that can only be bridged by the developers, I'm afraid....

You could see if you could rename the file by using the .psd extension and see if it works. Then you could edit the file.
Every day's a new day, "draw" on what you've learned.
