How to create Rings?

I wonder, how would you create the following Rings with Xara Xtreme?

But wait a minute:

• You're not allowed to slice (cut), substract or intersect the shapes.
• You're allowed to create some duplicates.
• The best solution is the one with the smallest number of rings.
• You can use the the .XAR file in the attachment to start.
• You have to post your solution as .XAR file.

I'm curious about your solutions.
