Trail version problem

While I was testing out WebStyle 4 trial version, everything seems to work fine except the "NavBars and Menu" function. The two problems I ran into were:

1. Could not get any vertical navbars to edit. Even when I click on one of the available vertical templates, the upper screen still shows horizontal bars.
2. I was not able to save or produce any navbars. An error message prompted and said "Fail to create all the graphics......etc."

I am not sure if it is a bug or a limitation in the trail version, or was there something wrong with my installation . Any advice would be appreciated.
