Daniel O. Sorenson created this Title for a Photoshop tutorial. I recreated it in XARA end really I like it most in XARA than in Photoshop. Included is the XARA file.

I really enjoyed doing this just for fun and believe me, it is easier to do it in XARA than in Photoshop.
