is there a way to do a textalignment bottom that takes responebitiy to letters? Means that a word Bp are on the same line as a word like BB. The object alignment function puts the Bp more up cause of the p, thanks for any hints

You can use a vertical kern / base-line shift on the text info bar. But that will be manual (per character) and thus rather tedious. Beyond that, I think what you really want is a font with no descenders.

the best thing I could think of would be an alignment option for text baselines :-), so I could choose any font I'd like
