How to publish menu by Deamweaver

Would you please let me know how to publish menu buttons to the index.html by Dreamweaver?

Dear Minh Chau,

Once you have installed the Dreamweaver plug-in, you take the following steps:
1. Insert Menu
2. Xara Menu Maker
3. Nav Bar/Menu
4. Menu Maker will open
5. select the Menu you want to insert
6. Save
7. Save Graphic
8. Save and Exit.

The menu should be imported directly into your Dreamweaver file.

Where I can get the Dreamweaver plug-in? It installed to Front page without any problem, but i cannot find menu maker Dreamweaver 8. Can someone help me please?
