Default Are "Sean's" plugins compatible with Xtreme?

Hey all, I wonder if anyone knows whether these plugins are compatable or not?

I'm particularly interested in the "Search and Replace" filter:

Note the shareware filters are now basically free:

FWIW: I'm using the latest version of Xara Xtreme as of Apr. 10, 2006.

    Hi Hap,

    Welcome to Talkgraphics.

I had not tried Sean's filters in Xtreme until you asked. I downloaded the Search and Replace filter and the MSVCRT10.DLL file and placed them in the following folder:
    C:\Program Files\Xara\Xara Xtreme\Xara Picture Editor\PSplug-ins
When I opened Xtreme and imported a 24-bit raster (bitmapped image) the filter works as described on the XaraXone.

I'm not exactly sure what you're after, but you might also try this page... http://www.richardrosenman.com/software/downloads/
There's several free filters there and they do work with Extreme... one filter is called Color Replacer, it might be similar to what the Search and Replace filter does. (I didn't try them both out side by side, but I've briefly messed with the Color Replacer program and it worked.)

This thread deserves to be bumped up a bit. I'm sure there are people that still aren't aware of the great Search and Replace add-on. I just used it this morning to change a background on a bitmap from a light blue to white, to save on my printing ink.
